Prior to my accepting any order, customers will have to provide sufficient information, not necessarily limited to initial information which may be provided on the “Contact Me” page of my web-site.
Payment in full is to be made at the time of ordering. I accept paypal, cheques, and postal orders.
An order shall be considered to exist upon either:
- payment by paypal
- clearance of cheque
- receipt of postal order
Payment is to be made at the time of ordering and will not be refunded unless a tribute is despatched late which would only occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances eg illness. If any such instances were to arise customers will be notified.
Unless a required date for receipt of a tribute has been agreed, please allow two weeks from date of order to despatch of a tribute. If a required date of receipt has been agreed, tributes will be despatched three postal days prior to this date. Tributes will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post. Recorded delivery/Next day deliveries (from despatch) can be arranged at extra cost. Arrangements can be made to e-mail urgent requests on day of despatch. Please note I cannot accept responsibility for items despatched but not delivered.
Tributes will be based upon the information provided and customers must assume responsibility for the supply and accuracy of the information given.
No guarantee can be given to the length of the tribute as tributes will vary depending on the amount of information provided. Standard tributes are typically four – six verses. The length of a verse may vary.
Advertised prices and the despatch times above are for standard tributes. Any requests considered to be non-standard tributes may incur additional costs and or longer periods prior to despatch. These will be made known to customers prior to ordering.
Tributes will not be provided if considered to be offensive or indecent. All orders are subject to my prior agreement to provide a tribute and I reserve the right to refuse.
